I have the right to refuse any project without stating my reasoning. By commissioning me you are automatically accepting all the terms of service set forth below. Please read carefully.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • All artwork is for personal use only, commercialization or resale is strictly prohibited. If you want to place an order for commercial purposes (livestreaming banner, offline/online screens, thumbnails or debut advertisement, will require you to purchase commercial rights and you will have to contact me directly via Twitter.

  • Posts to social media platforms or profile picture usage falls under personal use, and are highly encouraged!

  • Streaming and promotional work will still come with a subtle watermark.

  • All potential clients are required to state their intentions for usage for every commission.

  • If using or reposting my work, please give full credit to me.

  • All my prices are set in USD currency only.

  • I accept payment through PayPal business and will send an invoice via email.

  • If you do not want your commission posted yet or if you want to be anonymous, please let me know. I have full rights over my artwork including the right to post for portfolio purposes, make videos, streams, posts and other content after you have shown it.

  • I have a right of increasing the price if you want to commission something with very high detail.

  • I reserve the right to cancel your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.

  • If you commission me, you are only getting my style, no one else's.

  • Color palettes might be slightly modified only to fit the art style (lighting, place of setting, aesthetics etc.). If you want it to be strictly those color shades, please specify.

Altering your commission will blacklist you from any further commission work. This includes cropping, redrawing/overprinting, and removing my watermark. If you would like adjustments, please reach out first or obtain my consent. Minting NFTs is not allowed. If you choose to sell your VTuber Brand (model, emotes, streaming material, and artwork) you are allowed to do so, as long as the new owner has read my ToS. Using a private commission for commercial purposes not allowed.

You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.

⛧Send me a message choosing the art you want with the following info:

  • Include visual reference and a good description. Desired pose, facial expressions angles (send image references if possible) the more info the better.

  • Soft deadlines (if any, a priority charge will be added).

  • I'll respond letting you know if I accept commission.

  • I send you PayPal business invoice via email.

  • Full price of the order must be made before a sketch is made.

  • Refunds will not be made.

  • I will send you sketch for approval before starting the line work. This is the only time you can ask about changes without charge (as long as the changes are within your previous written/referenced description).

  • If you want changes after line work has started, I'll have to charge extra.

  • I will send you a full resolution image (no prints).
